Nothing moves straight up or down. Every time it hits a new low it gets bumped for a few shares. Normal trading dynamics. Happened at .0009, .0008, .0007, .0006, etc.

Will rest at the bottom at .0001 only because its the absolute floor.. even for a pinky.

SAD.
