We all know our tightwad CEO refuses to release PRs so we await his announcement. Since the LOI is scheduled to close on March 19th I am expecting him to release the details before then.

Rod could have released 2 PRs and neither would have been "fluff".

1. The hiring of Travis Snider as SR VP of Operations to get the mine open and apparently that happened in Jan.

2. The LOI to buy another 10% of the mine from Medina!
