Haha, I love that Chip. My thoughts also, but in sales I always say, you can only sell a property once. All we need is one GOOD ONE.

While I was there, I can honestly state that I was so engaged with Chris and his team that I could not look back to see how many were stopping at the booth. As for people of importance - I see all as visitors as being important. :)

After I visited select other booths, I came back to see how busy the Explor booth was and it was definitely crowded.
