We all know that never happened. But of course it could of been delayed by AR being arrested for mail & wire fraud in Dec, they probably seen it coming and put the brakes on. Hopfully with AR gone they will be able to proceed as planned.
They have alot invested here and I'm sure they want to see revenues asap.
