One thing I'm excited about is this deal with HBRM. I personally feel that this is a bigger deal than the deal itself. Having a tie to a company here in the U.S. should pull CHRI out of the doldrums and stigmatism of the "Chinese Stock" arena. This will also help CHRI move up off the OTC board. No, I don't think CHRI will crash and burn should the deal fall thru, but it won't be a good thing.
