...and being this was PR'd about two months ago, who knows maybe some of this buying all along has been for an 'event' coming up with some new mining partner........it's at least a possibility with this PR which I just reread today, as I have been tied up so much with their last solid PR about the $12 mil PO order for their biofuel....
