I finally hired a translator to work with me on figuring out some of these things I've been uncertain about, something I've waited far too long to do.
I think one of the big priorities is contacting the company directly to verify the share structure and see if we can get the float numbers. I've already tried the TA and they just referred me to Kinbasha.
Obviously getting a more solid timeframe for the audit to be complete and the filings sent to the SEC is up on the list as well.
I'm on the road traveling right now so unfortunately my time working on DD is going to get cut dramatically for the next couple of months, which really stinks cause now things are starting to unfold finally.
