With any Eade company, whether EADE is high profile or he hides in the shadows of his puppets, investors WILL lose money.

Eade is a swindler.

This isn't about hating Eade as you suggest. It is purely about warning others about EADE's predatory skill at unconscionably fleecing money from anyone and everyone.

It is great that you are "long the deal".

According to the last filing they have 0 in cash, net loss of 4,199,099 since the inception of the company, and much of that went to the insiders.

Other than that it seems like a solid play.
