How many R/S's have we had in past 2 years ?

We have had one RS in the past two years and one FORWARD SPLIT in the past two years... Having had only one RS in the past two years, is pretty good for a penny stock... IMO, SEC allows a micro cap penny/ sub penny to do an RS ever 6 months... so its not uncommon to see sub penny stocks do as many as 4 in a two year period.
