Per the back/forth PM regarding Oracle ---- they may be ONE to watch going forward. Not too much they miss!

I would find it hard to believe they do not (see Frankie's article posted a few minutes ago) that LE and the Oracle gang do not have at least one eye on the healthcare/IT sector.

Let's hope if they do, we're involved (MMRGlobal) somehow --- they're a 'elephant in the "china" shop !! ;-)

Oracle President to Speak at Tenth Anniversary of Future in Review

03/05 09:13 AM

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

FRIDAY HARBOR, WA -- (MARKETWIRE) -- 03/05/12 -- Strategic News Service confirmed this week that Oracle (ORCL:$29.96,00$0.13,000.44%) President Mark Hurd will be featured in a Centerpiece Conversation during the tenth anniversary of Future in Review (FiRe). This will be Hurd's second appearance at the annual technology and economics conference, which brings together a tight-knit community of global thought leaders to discuss emerging markets, global problems, and technology-based solutions.

The President of Oracle Corporation (ORCL:$29.96,00$0.13,000.44%) and a member of the company's Board of Directors, Mark Hurd joined Oracle (ORCL:$29.96,00$0.13,000.44%) in 2010, bringing more than 30 years of technology industry leadership, computer hardware expertise, and executive management experience to his role with the company. As President, Mr. Hurd oversees the corporate direction and strategy for Oracle's (ORCL:$29.96,00$0.13,000.44%) global field operations, including marketing, sales, consulting, alliances and channels, and support. He focuses on strategy, leadership, innovation, and customers. Before joining Oracle (ORCL:$29.96,00$0.13,000.44%) , Mr. Hurd served as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and President of HP, where his focus on customers, innovation, improved operational efficiency and execution led to significant company growth.

"Technology alone cannot solve the world's problems. But in the past year, we've seen the tremendous impact that technology can have on the global stage," said Hurd. "The ongoing challenge of our industry is simple, but the execution is complex: How do we bring together all of this incredible computing power to help people, governments and businesses to thrive?"

"We are delighted to have Mark Hurd joining us again at FiRe X. Our last conversation has been called 'the best CEO interview ever done,' so the bar will be a little higher this time around. I think we're already seeing Mark's positive effect on Oracle (ORCL:$29.96,00$0.13,000.44%) , and I'm very interested to hear what he sees in the company's future," said Mark Anderson, FiRe Chair and SNS CEO.

Here is the stocks I track for Money TV. This is an 19 Month return. CEO job is to increase value for its shareholders...BL has not been able to do that other than to argue the PPS is the result of people spreading lies. Any CEO worth his salt doesn't spend time on MB posters...he too busy creating wealth and opportunity for his shareholders.
