Can someone please link me to the victim or list of victims in this case (other than the SEC). The ambulance chasers are still chasing from what can gather. If there are victims and the ambulance chasers catch them those lawyers firms will no doubt prosper more than any victim will.

Nah. In fact the sec must prove intent to move to guilt....also gonna have to show who got injured....i highly doubt they can find a single pipe investor who's unhappy.....btw how are those proposed class action lawsuits coming?.....see any make it to court...even one?....ROFL!!.....just roflin'
