I think within a year HTI will better that mark with a very substantial 30% or better. Then how in the world can that be ignored with the 50% less pollution factor. It can't.

HLNT may be in the mix to achieve that kind of mpg. There aren't a lot of other technologies short of carbon fiber shells or balsa wood to get there.
