Well if you really want to know why Clinton did not get Osama look no further than the recent Medal of Freedom winner -George the incompetent Tenent. Clinton twice gave permission to send missiles to where Osama was and Tenent stopped it. Clinton gave the order yet Tenent thought it best not to do it because of collateral damage.
