I agree and am remiss for not verifying with the TA.

It would be nice if Rod announced that the notes are being retired with the funding proceeds, the shares are being held in the company treasury and Travis is in Kingman or Chloride already on the job.

As you all know, Arizona skies are BLUE and that is where the SIRG share price is headed.
