Crap, I even went on otcmarkets.com (something I rarely do LOL) and checked share structure, whether they have been releasing news recently, and whether there was any recent reverse splits, etc but missed the name change.
Name changes can be good or bad, but usually a good thing - I am assuming there was a symbol change as well? If so, that would have forced any shorts to cover?
It can be bad if the company starts diluting\selling shares while ur shares are in limbo while the brokerage delivers the new shares and u cant sell. Other than that I think its probably a good thing when there's a name change but Im just a chart guy, sooooo who knows :-)
