AAEM, I'm confused then.
The news said, GDT Tek Inc today announced that is has filed current financial information through the end of December 31,2011 on the OTC market. Doesn't that mean their financial are up to Dec 31, 2011????
And isn't Jan-Feb-Mar considered the Q1. So wouldn't that make them current????
Could you explain it to me? TIA
