Smitter, I am up early and love your input on this board. Frankly you are the main reason I am vested in GDSM. I do not know you but you come cross as an honest person and you are (and few others) are security guard to knock off bashers and to correct the misinformation posted by others. Yes I did my DD and love GDSM. Yes, I am like the private investors have no intention of selling cheap. Keep up the good work and thank you again for all you do for shareholders.

A couple of questions for you Smitter.

3.) OTC uplisted will happen sometime around Phase 3 - Is there any sort of an idea on when phase 3 will start? A year or so?

4.) IR firm will be hired between phase 3-4 - Did you mean PR firm, if not what is an IR firm?

11.) T/A will be contacted and the process of Ungagging will be looked into. He did not even know it was gagged and was never even asked about it. - Can you point me to a site that explains what all a T/A does please?

12.) He goes the Bathroom around 8am everyone morning. - Does he use Charmin and if so does he squeeze it?

Thanks Smittter, one piece of information to add. Pertaining to item 11,I spoke to Continential Stock Transfer about a month ago. When I asked for the share count the woman that I was speaking with told me that I had to call the company for that information, than she gave me Marc's number. So, I asked her if they were gagged, she said no that it was their policy not to give counts out, but to direct shareholders to the companies. So, with that being said,Marc might not be aware that is case. My thought is that Continential probably doesn't even mention it being an option to companies if their policy is to not give out share counts.I'm sure if he approaches them about ungagging,they will make him aware of the fact that they do not gag.jmo GLTA, GDSM. By the way I have had conversations with Marc myself,I believe that he's a straight shooter,fwiw.

Hey Smitter, unlike most here I also called Mark and got through finally on Thursday.
Most of what you just posted, I found out. My main concern was about the no R/S. I wanted to make sure with my own ears something like that was not going to happen. I was assured that the company is seeking alternate means for funding and is 100% trying not to mess with the stock at all. He said if anything the warrants will be issued for funding, which I took as he knows this will go up and beyond 10 cents. He seemed like a very humble guy and I think anyone with doubts should call him. I didn't really have that many doubts but it never hurts to be reassured. :)
Once again here is his number, 1-(954)-218-2217, He asked me to let anyone I knew that owned, the stock, or could be a potential investor in GDSM to give him a call.

I remain holding strong all year, if that is what it takes. Still have not let go of one share for those of you who have asked or PMed me. These dips in stocks are natural, maybe not so much in the penny world but with healthy trading stocks they are needed.
