Benzinga spoke with a representative of America West Resources who said there was no specific news to account for the huge price move, but mentioned that the company's 10Q filing was due by March.

Reporting companies do not file Qs for the fourth quarter. The Q4 numbers are included in the annual report. Which is called a 10-K.

I'm really beginning to wonder about this company.
