Bugs isn't the one to watch, its SSWM. The share structure isn't destroyed and it wont be dumped on as heavily when it runs in my opinion. However, both will run hard if they start announcing Mexico contracts.
The prez of Mexico has put aside 3 billion for cleaning up Mexico and SSWM is the only company allowed to contract for bioremediation so far. BIG MONEY runner IMO. Even if they get another small contract for a mil or so, speculation of much larger ones will drive it through the roof.
And as everyone knows Mexico is all about under the table deals and the team that runs SSWM already as inroads into the government. This is why Brehm built a sub for them to run. They didn't want to be overshadowed by the dilution that BUGS has already had and Brehm NEEDED them to get into the backdoor.
