You confirm what I say for a long time. These figures are pure Sh.t. MM do in OTC market what they like and no one is going to stop them. Sharks never get caught as they are friends of another group of shares. This is how the game is across the world.

just because you see AUTO as the lowest ask doesn't mean they are the only one there or that they are actually the lowest ask.
