Let me explain what I think the answer to your question might be?

Redshirt1, stated that he wants to see about 15 Junior Minors all come together under the GDSM umbrella. Now imagine Redshirt1 holding 50+ million shares all purchased on the open market for a penny per share. Lets say GDSM eventually goes to $8 to $10 dollars per share in a couple of years. Redshirt1 turns his 500K investment into a Half Billion Dollars. This is Brilliant on his part! I love it! This is why he is rich, and why he has a huge interest in GDSM.

This makes perfect sense for him to be interested in GDSM. Redshirt1 is going to make a fortune on those shares he has been purchasing! We are going to go a long for the ride! ;)
