Was in it before RICHKEYS bought out the company and sold. Didn't like the prior CEO but this company looks to have some serious future plans which they will have a conference call next Wednesday for all the shareholders with the details. Bought back in big time over the last few days.

Spoke to Rich Davis@ Rich Keys,LLC on the phone and he said the following which will also be addressed on a Conference call on March 7:
1. Retiring 5B Shares out of 6B Authorized and PR will come out the same day. Outstanding is close to reported in OTCmarkets.com as of Sept 30.
2. Will Announce a contract agreement with the Hollywood Celebrity Singer. $$$$$
3. Name change to Rich Keys,LLC
4. No Reverse Split
5. No Dilution
I am going to buy more at 3's.
This a 10 to 20 bagger stock. GLTA.
