Why should they get a salary?? They were never elected nor approved by us the owners of the company.

We bought shares with our own money, and the BOD gave shares away to themselves, friends and family without our approval.

The BOD needs to explain missing $$$$ or go to JAIL. They certainly do not deserve a single share of stock that they scammed from us shareholders.

Those guilty of this scam need to be severely punished.
