Patience: thanks for the link ... but I don't think it's applicable to the present situation. If -- and I stress IF -- the Company's goal is a re-list, then logical would dictate that it do every conceivable thing to exact enormous buying pressure on the PPS. That can be very easily done in our case with the release of several strategic 8ks. Logic would also dictate that this be done ASAP, as we are now in ATRN's earning reporting envelope. Those 4Q earnings will undoubtedly be negative, and the new Nasdaq MMs that have recently joined us will no doubt pounce on that earnings report.
The long and short of it is that Fong needs to come out swinging, NOW, with whatever he's got. Because the clock is running, and midnight is March 30th or there abouts.
