Fritz, in my opinion your projection of a possible $.40 is much too rosy.

One must assume that there is interest and optimism from current shareholders to cause them to buy at increasing prices, and wholesale outside interest that must be generated in sufficient strength to cause more buying to occur. The implication, of course, is that Deep Down revenues are on an upward path, a demonstrable pattern of increasing income as a result, assuming that costs can be contained.

Why buy a company such as Deep Down when there are many other practical and proven buying opportunities in the O%G sector?

Management must prove over time that it can build a company that is capable of increasing revenue and income.

I am optimistic regarding potential income but a solid, constant and sustainable base must be built from which the company can increase sales.
