Excellent comments Glengold. I have researched this company thoroughly and I have great expectations based on my DD. They have been very upfront and honest, The share structure is very favorable to investors with only 36 mill OS. The volume is thin on the otcbb because no one knows about them yet. I think those of us that are taking positions now will be happy in the future.

Water is available on adjoining properties. As of 1997, Rio Grande Mining Company (1997c) had
reported that water is available from the mine shaft on the Shafter silver property, which is not
controlled by Tosca, about 4.5mi east of the Red Hills.

How about the company just spelled out the truth and tried to paint a picture of reality. The fact is, even from their own Google image on their website, the abandoned Shafter shaft is + or - 20 flipping MILES AWAY!

Highway 67 is + or - 15 flippen miles away as the crow fly's.

The so called transmission line located on Highway 67, their so called infrastructure, needs to be run 15 MILES to so called site location on Google image on their web site.

So reality is; 20 miles of water line and 15 miles of transmission line, REAL INFRASTRUCTURE, needs to be installed before anything and that requires a drawn up set of engineering plans that are certified and surveyed. This alone takes years to be completed at all phases of construction where they don't even have it on the drawing board yet.

They are miles away from anything realistic happening any time soon. Seriously.
