That's an interesting statement. Does that mean no facts allowed? Fwiw, I asked no one here for the share structure. I am the one who DID take the time to call the TA and posted the correct figures here. You may wish to look at the stickies before you suggest otherwise. However, if you're looking for the wrong, under-reported share structure, you need look no further than several posts from the last few days. That INCORRECT share structure was also posted by the paid promotions here. Coincidence?

Why are the truthful facts so threatening? Wouldn't it be better for all investors if the information we are able to obtain is accurate? There's no reason to misrepresent anything including share numbers to potential investors and/or traders.

And btw, the TA IS gagged on both the float and the restricted. Maybe YOU need to make a call and get your facts straight.

Transfer Agent Is Fully Gagged

Have you tried to call the T/A? Is the T/A gagged? If you haven't tried (and T/A is not gagged), why don't you call them yourself and quit asking others.

Even though I called the TA myself on Feb 12 and knew the TA was gagged re: float and restricted, after your post last night I decided to call the TA again.

I was told by Madison Stock Transfer that now the TA is totally gagged. No AS, no OS, no float, no restricted, and no preferred numbers are being reported.

If that's information that you consider swaying people, take it up with the issuer who gave the TA those instructions.
