Doesnt anyone see the contradiction here? How can you be in final talks and not be in any talks until something occurs at the same time?

The Cannabis Science executive team is finalizing negotiations for the manufacture and national distribution of this new product line. Commercialization is underway, including securing manufacturing partners with the resources to support the national distribution and retail outlets. Negotiations will continue when the first prototypes are received by Cannabis Science to be reviewed by various nationwide product distributors eagerly hoping to release this new line of products.

You don't have to go to skull to trade a security, If you know how to analyze .. what im trying to say here is that they need to consider in detail in order to discover essential features or meaning. They are trying to learn CBIS 101 in 1 week when we have been with CBIS for years.
