RVGD is dead. CEO spent all the revenue from stock sales by the corp., sold off all the assets of the company, has formed 2 new corporations to try to raise money for those corporations...without success.

We have been screwed. Peter is one of the thousands of penny stock insiders that has screwed the "investors."
