I didn't project out that far but here are my very conservative estimates for 2006 based on half of Sand's projections:

Revenues: approx 100 mil
Gross Rev's: approx 35 mil
Net Income: approx 20 mil

So, depending on the o/s shares:
Say it is 300 mil: 20/300 = .06 EPS. Multiply that by a reasonable PE ratio of 10 to 25 and you get anywhere from .60 to 1.50 pps.

Just my thoughts and like I said I feel I am being fairly conservative...
