laws don't matter until you litigate - It is OK to break the law...until you get caught. That's what I hear you saying. You have consistently defended the SEC, the SROs and the brokers. It is a system that works very well when the subject company is a scam operation. Sadly for you, that is not the case here. You must feel trapped.
