Will not happen, the DTCC is now chilling the new CUSIPs of reorgnaized securities. Even if FINRA approves it, the DTCC will continue it's chill on this stock. I really doubt FINRA wastes their time on this now since it will not be trading with a new CUSIP, the new shares have no means of distribution without the DTC.
