SirH, just so I understand, the BOD exists as directed under the status quo order, but what about management? Are they still running the company under the guidance of the receiver or is the receiver acting in the capacity of management.

This is not just a hypothetical. My question goes to who is legally responsible for replying to the T-Mobile motion, the receiver or management?
