It is nothing to worry about sagan.

This has been explained many times. The Paramount Chiefs do not sell their land. They Lease it. The chiefs are the licensees and SGCP is the operator which does not appear on SL gov't records.

I don't know how the JV is set up. They may not have to register until they start production.

Other companies that own the land do appear on official records.

Not excuses, just trying to be helpful
