I'm pretty sure that Kauderer group brought some of these creditors, if not all of them, in. he is still doing this sort of thing, calls himself Bull consulting now.
anyway i have followed ASFX persistently now for several years. it was always apparent to me why ASFX existed, where it was going and what was going to happen to any 'real' investor. these particular creditors could probably afford the loss but i am afraid many have lost money they really didn't need to lose because of 'thrid party' associates employed by the likes of crooks such as Kauderer. It is difficult to believe these guys are actually that stupid. These crooks usually operate just within the boundries of the law. having said, i think there is a severe need for securities regulation reform. Dog
