Just one little correction to your post... the judge said the receiver was to first settle legitimate claims against CLYW and THEN provide the shareholders with the maximum value possible.
What a legitimate claim against assets of a sale is anyone's guess at this point.
If the patents sell for $100 million but $75 million of claims are allowed, our payday is dampened considerably.
