From what I understand, Gatorade was discussing a new deal with Tiger last year. The one that they had previously with him was terminated as we all know. They have since done some rebranding with the whole "G series" and I'm sure they would like to have had Tiger endorse it along with the other athletes that are doing so. That he went with Fuse instead or at least for now I think should mean a little something. I'm sure that I could dig and find some articles addressing this topic but I'm at work and don't have the time to spend on it. Just giving my .02
A shame that Tiger's Gatorade did not make it. I used to drink it quite a bit. I thought it was a much more mellow, smooth drink versus regular gatorade, which to me tasted too acidic going down.
