Thanks, Sirhaggus. CLYW was suspended last year yet the company has still not filed any Financials in over 4 years.
The SEC isn't kidding around with Calypso. It is most likely the SEC will quickly revoke this stock unless the company files Financials forthwith and toute-de-suite.
