There is no bid/ask quoted for greysheet or pinksheet stocks. Also, the trading will be very thin until they can move off the pinksheets. The price will fluctuate like this b/c on the greysheets (supposedly) trades have to be matched exactly by price and amount of shares. So if 2 ppl put in a buy/sell at .10 the price will fall to .10 (even if its only 100 shares). I use Ameritrade btw.
