We have traded roughly 42 mil shares since that time. So even if all shares traded were new issuance (which of course we know that's never the case) that would put the count at 215 mil.

I'd love to know how you came up with 250 mil...

Also, let's not forget that a chunk of these shares are locked up for the long haul per the 13G filing yesterday, not to mention the other insider ownership we've seen to date.
