Bears very well could attack, but the whole Spyder thing has relevance, and no relevance, IMHO. Spyder wasn't all that easy to find on their website so was the COMPANY not really placing all that much relevance on it at this point??? Well, it looks that way if they were using their website to promote it because it wasn't easy to find, but IHUBoarders went nuts when they found it and a "clock" and expected something dramatic from all that. If it was so relatively hard to find on the Company website...My point is that if it truly was that relevant to them at this point in time, don't you think it would be on their front page or have a front page link to it???.
Anyway, the bottom line here are several IMHO, in order of priorities:
1) A 10-K that backs up Goldfarb's assertion that the change in revenues would be "significant" and where are earnings (or losses) at?
2) Disclosure in the 10-K as to ownership percentages and payment/status on the notes payable.
3) Disclosure in the 10-K regarding whether KPMG LLP felt it was still in their best interest to:
- a) continue to be their auditors because Atrinsic is legit, and,
- b) continue to be their auditors because Atrinsic can continue to afford KPMG's exhorbitant fees.
So far, ATRN has not issued nonsensical press releases or done anything to indicate they have tried to "pump" anything at all. If anything, they have been incredibly "quiet." Everyone else has been digging up information to speak for the Company including myself (albeit, none of it has been found to be negative). Study the P&D's when those come out and get in and out - quickly - when you see one, but has anyone ever seen a "P&D" react the way ATRN has? It may not pan out in the end, but it's no typical penny - these fluctuations have been anything but normal and there had been loads of BIG buys in the mid .20's up. GLTA.
