Why dont you just wait and see. YOu really think that anyone can give you real information. Only thing one can say is that 1 $ is out of question. I have never seen a dividend value of 1 dollar for ~ 0.7 value (if you normalize spin off factor of 1 for 988). when you guess pps for spin off dont forget current pps of ivoce.
Moreover for companies like IVOC its not dividend which is the key, its the patience to hold them and give them time to cash their patents and technology. Tech market is booming up again so in couple of months IVOC may be trading around 0.05 something. This is what is going to make your accounts solid, NOT THIS DIVIDEND. Its funny that most of posters have still not done DD even after being in IVOC for more than 100 hours, all they want is someone who tells them that they are going to get dividend which will be 10 dollars PPS.
