Meathead, another part of that shareholder update:
the distributor we are working with has very significant resources
Obviously this can be interpreted a number of ways. But more dilution may not be necessary. Just my interpretation and opinion.
If I'm not mistaken, the last round of dilution, some 7M shares was before the joint venture contract was signed. This could have been to pay lawyer fees in closing the contract.
Other than your last thought on dilution, we're on the same page!
