I think the most important thing I have found is the debt Atrinsic owes BRILLIANT DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT INC.

Brilliant already owns a 10% or more stake, Atrinsic gave them a note last year as debt payment.

If they pay these folks off don't you think the dark cloud would leave?
