With "someone" just waiting to buy all these shares that are being sold late in the day, you have to believe that something such as a buyout or a merger has to be in the works here! If that wasn't the case this stock should have dropped far below the 0.011 price. Whatever has been going on recently should be ending very soon now. Just how it will affect the stock price from here on, only the insiders would know the answer? Today might be the day we all find out some of the answers to this puzzling trading activity.
