I hope someone has analyzed all this.
My question now is how long has the A/S been 500mm before they added this 100mm, as someone said earlier. Is that shown here? Why is it broken down 500/100? I get confused easily with the legalese.
This looks to me like it was 200mm for both A&O until 2/21/12. I still say just because it's authorized doesn't mean it will be released - protection from the Weiss family trust.
Still makes me nervous though, just being honest about it. I hope they will tell us of any dilution intentions. My pessimistic cautious side says we'll hear about it after the fact. I hope it's good.
