Are the rules different in Canada for broker/dealers posting on the internet about companies they have a business relationship with?

I was noticing how involved Frank Coy is with JBI.

Does he just have to disclose he's posting on the internet to his broker/dealer complaince officer, and that's the end of it, do you think?
