It is an open sell order that a Note Holder has placed on their converted shares and it accumulates trades all day long during trading hours and is settled after close for an average price. The OTC is dependant on manual calculation for each broker involved since there is no service currently used by all MMs on the OTC to tabulate long and short data to get the aggregate instantly as they do on an actual exchange.
