Besides disagreeing with your whole statement which has been proven wrong by many folk on this board; APII has done everything they said they were going to do and the Associates have all got their tickets to ride this puppy to tomorrow land.

I would ride with the Associates and be a winner for we know who is at the other end of the park!

Explain in your view how NEEL (a closed acquisition) is a 'failure to deliver'?


Failure to deliver: In finance, a failure to deliver (plural fails-to-deliver) is the inability of a party to deliver a tradable asset, or meet a contractual obligation.



Seems to be NEEL is an asset, which could be traded or grown to create greater value.

Maybe I am reading this wrong and you can clarify.
