Olie, I don't think there is the slightest chance this was NOT worked out "Quietly" with Anderson/Amaizing in advance of the Deal! So everyone should get into Past Tense because I cannot picture the Merge (Deal) without prior agreements. Not being contentious, but we seem to fall into "Group Think" that something "Needs to be done" just because nobody has informed us what they were "Privatly" working out. How Could They?
